Property Management


Our regular property management service offers holiday home owners complete peace of mind and includes the following:

* Key holding
* Regular security/maintenance checks (internal & external)
* Resolving maintenance issues identified and liaison/follow up of third party contractors
* Reporting of issues to property owner and site manager where applicable
* Additional checks following severe weather i.e. snow, flood
* Turning on heating during spells of severe weather
* Point of contact for maintenance tradesmen and deliveries
* Receipt of deliveries

Please note that this service does not include the follow up of snagging issues for new properties, ordering of equipment/furniture, translation, or obtaining quotations for additional work. We can help with these however our time will be charged at our normal hourly rate.

Property Management clients who decide to rent their property are also able to advertise their property to rent on this website.

Property Management Price: 50 euros per month


Equipment Rental Services


We also offer equipment for hire including the following:

- Mountain bikes and related equipment
- Bed linen and towels
- Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bath etc)
- Water sports equipment such as stand-up paddle boards, canoes etc
