FITOU VILLAGE:
Fitou village is nestled in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean, it has excellent restaurants, supermarket, bar, boulangerie, etc. Famous for its wine there are many caves to visit. Easy access by car to many EEC Blue Flag beaches all along the Mediterranean coast, the nearest is at Leucate where windsurfing and others water sports are very popular, cycles and boats can be hired here. There are cycle routes and walks all around the mountains from the apartment and the nearby N9 and A9 provide easy access to explore the rest of the south of France; Cathar castles including Rennes-le-Chateau just 1 hour away, the walled city of Carcassonne, the fishing port of Collioure, Sete the Venice of Languedoc, Narbonne, Montpellier, or even Spain. Closer just 15 min the wild animal park at Sigean and waterpark at Leucate or visit the famous oyster shacks.

Electricity is not included in the price - 15p per unit used which will be deducted from the security deposit. Meter reading instructions in apartment.
Initial payment of £100 per week to confirm your booking. The balance payable three weeks prior to holiday start date. A security deposit of £50 is also payable with the balance, to be returned on confirmation of the good condition of the villa after departure and deduction of electricity costs.
All rates are inclusive of linen, towels (except beach towels) and final cleaning.
