    This luxury four bedroom villa is located on a beautiful residential complex with two communal swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The villa enjoys stunning views of the inland salt water lagoons and Mediterranean sea.

    The property sleeps 8 people, with 4 double bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and shower room. The villa has terraces on three floors including a covered dining area and a roof sun terrace with stunning sea views.

    The villa is located just 10 minutes walk from the village centre, with it's four restaurants, tabac, boulangerie, chateau and supermarket and just 10 minutes drive from the Mediterranean's stunning sandy beaches and ports.

    Languedoc-Roussillon is France's southernmost region borderred by Spain, Andorra and the Pyrenees Mountains and boasts everything from mountains and rivers to lakes and the Mediterranean Sea.

    The region has a long coastline of virtually uninterrupted white, sandy beaches and picturesque fishing villages and ports. Watersports including wind/kite surfing, sailing, cannoeing, diving and water skiing can be found on the coast whilst activities such as cannyoning, mountain biking, rock climbing, horse riding, white water rafting, hiking and golf are also available nearby. The ski resorts of the Pyrennes mountains are just a 90 minute drive away.

    The local area offers lots of family activities and days out such as the underground caves at Ville-Franche (40mins), the little yellow train that travels up the Pyrenees mountains (40 mins), a fantastic African safari park with over 3000 animals (15 mins) as well as a whole host of adventure and water parks (20 mins).

    Fitou is a famous wine village offering ample opportunity to sample the local wine in it's many village caves. There are two great restaurants within a fifteen minute walk of the villa. Both serve superb food and offer a unique French atmosphere. There is also a medieval chateau within a 10 minute walk that has a museum, gift shop and bar where tapas is served.

    The village also offers three additional restaurants, a tabac, a supermarket and a doctors surgery.

    There is a football stadium, a hard surface football/basketball court with a small climbing wall, a table tennis table, a children's playground, a bouladrome and a tennis court.

    During the summer months the village comes alive with regular music evenings outside the village bar plus the unforgettable annual wine fete at the beginning of August.

    Villa Soleil was completed in 2007 and has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The living area has patio doors opening out on to the covered terrace. There is a large 4-seater leather sofa, a dining table with eight chairs, and a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan. There is also a utility room and garage with a washing machine and clothes line.

    The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and consist of four twin rooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room and doors opening onto the covered terrace. The other three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor along with the family bathroom. Two of these bedrooms also have doors opening out onto another terrace.

    All rooms have reversible air conditioning keeping rooms warm in winter and cool in summer.
    Baby equipment can be hired for a small additional charge.

    The villa is located on a hill with terraces on three levels. This includes a covered dining area with a wooden table, eight chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also a large sun terrace with two sun loungers plus a roof sun deck with stunning sea views. There is also a small landscaped garden.

    On the development there are two communal swimming pools, one heated and open from April to October and another unheated open during June, July and August. There is also a small splash pool suitable for toddlers. The pool area is fully fenced and entered through security gates.

    The development is popular with a wide range of nationailities and is ideal for children who tend to congregate and play together in the communal areas, particularly during the summer months.

    25% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
    Arrival is between 4pm and 9pm on day of arrival. Departure must be made by 10am. Saturday change overs.
