The living area has two patio doors which make the room very bright, and which lead onto the large L-shaped terrace. There are shutters on all the windows. The floors are tiled throughout the villa and on the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large patio table and chairs, four reclining chairs and an electric barbecue (all these can be stored in the garage). Part of the terrace is covered, giving shade from the sun. There is a small enclosed garden down a few steps from the terrace.
