Changeover Services
Our flexible changeover service is available to clients who rent their property on a regular basis as well as to those who require a cleaning and laundry service purely for their own visits.
We work closely with a dedicated team of local service providers all of whom are reliable and trustworthy thus ensuring that properties managed by us are in good hands.
The service includes the following:
* Turning on electricity (24 hours in advance) plus heating, fridge etc. as required
* Internal cleaning
* Terrace sweeping
* Laundry of bed linen, towels etc (if required)
* Make up of beds prior to arrival
* Key handover and welcome of guests
* Point of contact for guests during their stay
