Fitou Property Services is a small family business run by Neil and Anne Stanley. The business is based in Fitou where we have lived with our three children since relocating from the UK in 2003.

Since our arrival we have bought and subsequently sold one villa off-plan and have built two seperate villas on land purchased by us giving us extensive knowledge of the planning and building process in France.

Back in the UK Neil spent over 30 years in the building trade specialising in finishing trades such as carpentry, kitchen fitting, tiling and decorating. Anne spent 18 years working in various management roles for Marks and Spencer. Together we make up a good team. Our combined skills have helped us to establish a successful business here in France.

Our aim is to provide clients with a reliable, friendly and comprehensive property service in Fitou and the immediate surrounding area.
