Fitou Property Services is a small family business based in Fitou on the border of Aude and Pyrenees-Orientales in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. We live and work locally and have extensive knowledge of this beautiful area.
This somewhat undiscovered part of France is considered by many to be a true 'gem'. The Mediterranean beaches are just a few minutes drive away and the ski resorts in the Pyrenees Mountains are in easy reach for a days skiing. Despite having so much to offer the area has maintained a traditional athmosphere, with it's local markets, fishing villages and cultural festivals. The dry, sunny and warm climate makes the area one of the largest wine-producing regions in France and a popular year-round destination for tourists.
At Fitou Property Services we offer our clients a 'one stop shop'. With us you can purchase your dream property, when we will guide you through the buying process from start to finish. We can put you in touch with billingual services, such as notaires, insurance companies and mortgage lenders all of whom we have worked with for many years and have a good local reputation. But our service does not end there. Once you have purchased your property, either through us or another agent, we can then provide you with a range of property management, maintenance, changeover and rental services.
